I’m Diane. My wellness journey has been long, honest, and deeply personal. After years of struggling with my weight even with surgeries and professional support. I made a decision in 2019 to shift my focus toward herbal nutrition and a cleaner lifestyle. That’s when I discovered Purple Sea Moss and began incorporating it into my daily meals, smoothies, and self-care rituals.
Over time, I noticed something meaningful: I felt lighter, more balanced, more motivated to move my body, and more connected to my health routine. Sea moss became part of my fitness journey not as a miracle solution, but as a supportive and intentional choice in my everyday life.
In February 2020, Reflections of Outstanding Health was created to share thoughtfully crafted sea moss gels, herbal teas, and wellness products for those who value quality, purity, and mindful living.
